Standard Terms and Conditions for Online Services
I/we herewith apply for monthly wireless internet service. I/We acknowledge that termination of this contract is not possible within the first three months and
thereafter agree to give one calendar month's written notice to terminate this contract. Should I/we fail to pay my/our account I/we shall be liable for any
collection, tracing and/or legal fees. I/we confirm that the above mentioned physical address shall be my/our domicilium citandi et executandi.
I/We indemnify LETABA WIRELESS against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being
rendered, removal of the service and/or my/our computer equipment not being compatible.
Use of internet related services is subject to LETABA WIRELESS Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). LETABA WIRELESS will not be liable for any loss of use,
interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits), regardless of the form of action,
whether in contract, direct, or otherwise, even if LETABA WIRELESS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular LETABA WIRELESS or it's
agents will not be liable for any loss of data due to a software security breach, virus infection or any other form of data loss that can be incurred while
connected to the internet or otherwise.
The applicant consents to the jurisdiction of any competent South African Magistrate's court for the adjudication of any legal dispute between LETABA
WIRELESS and the applicant and these terms and conditions will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of South Africa.
The applicant acknowledges that the terms and conditions hereof may not be varied or cancelled except in writing and signed by LETABA WIRELESS and the
applicant. In the event that any of the terms of this contract are found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such terms will be severable from the
remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

1 Installation & Equipment
1.1 Installation includes the outside radio antenna on the roof, internal router, travel, labour, brackets, cable, antenna's etc. The installation of the wireless internet system
includes the connection of the PC's or equipment already networked to the LAN (on the day of installation). The wireless installer has sufficient knowledge to connect PC's
to the internet, but IS NOT an IT technician and as such does not do IT maintenance or support.
1.2. The wireless router included in the installation is limited to the range of the router. High power routers or additional equipment to extend the wireless range on larger
premises are optional.
1.3. Please note that there is absolutely no guarantee against lightning/power surges on the equipment. Please take the necessary precaution to avoid lightning damage
and arrange own insurance.
1.4. Letaba Wireless only supply and maintain wireless connections with the relevant content (internet, VPN, CCTV, etc.). Letaba Wireless DOES NOT supply IT support
or maintenance and their responsibility ends with the connection to the customer s internal equipment. Any IT related work has to be attended to by the customer's IT
personnel or IT Support company.
2. Packages and payment options:
2.1. I/We acknowledge that I/we will be charged additional fees for work or maintenance outside the normal equipment warranty required to be done by Letaba Wireless
Internet CC. I/We agree that this additional work should be paid on receipt of invoice or alternatively it will be added to the monthly subscription fee.
2.2. Free telephonic support on the Call Center and online support on the Website is available 7 days a week from 07h00 to 21h00. 24 Hours support rates can be negotiated
separately if required. On-site support is charged at Letaba Wireless Internet CC's current rates.
2.3. Letaba Wireless Internet CC reserves the right to modify prices on one month's notice and new pricing will apply to this agreement after the notice period unless the
agreement is cancelled in writing by the applicant.
2.4. All internet access packages are uncapped and routed via a high priority fibre backhaul connection with a 1:1 contention ratio. Letaba Wireless fibre and repeater
backhaul links have multiple backup routes with automatic failover ensuring high availability. LETABA WIRELESS DOES NOT provide email services, but may arrange
for an email address with the tzaneen.co.za domain or you may use one of the many free email providers such as gmail.com.
3. Payment options:
3.1. New installations and pro-rata subscriptions are payable on completion and receipt of invoice.
3.2. Annually in advance by EFT or direct debit (one month discount applies on annual payments).
3.3. Monthly in advance by direct debit (Monthly debit orders are compulsory, not optional).
3.4. A Re-connection fee will be charged on late and unpaid debit orders.
3.5. Cancellations require one calendar month's written notice.
3.6. All prices are VAT inclusive
